Its to pity that kotsovolos and other great companies collaborate with them. I wonder if they are aware of their ignorance, luck of professionalism, the chaotic situation inside their company, the luck of communication between their employs. I was waiting two weeks for a service i bought in my kitchen. I had to be rude in order my job to be done. Never again! Stay away! Ask kotsovolos and other companies if colaborate with them.

they are dishonest company ..they tell you different price over the phone , and when the technician comes for the installment , ask more money that the one agreed in the beginning , then they call at the call center , which they deny any involvement whatsoever ..the girls on the phone are very rude , i definetely will NOT use them again ..STAY AWAY...

Την άφησα για έλεγχο και όταν την είδαν με ενημέρωσαν ότι έχουν καεί τα led. Τιμή επισκευής 199 ευρώ συν ΦΠΑ. Μόνο που δεν γέλασα. Πήρα καινούρια και μεγαλύτερη. Η πλάκα όμως είναι ότι κάτι με έτρωγε. Δεν μπορούσα να χωνέψω ότι σε μια τηλεοραση κάηκαν όλα τα led και κόστιζαν όσο μια καινούρια τηλεοραση. Ψάχνοντας πήγα σε άλλο κατάστημα την άφησα για έλεγχο χωρίς να πληρώσω τίποτα για τον έλεγχο ( το iq χρεώνει έλεγχο 13 ευρώ.Δεν με πείραξεβέβαια. ) και μετά από μια εβδομάδα με πήραν τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι έχουν καεί 10 led ( η τηλεοραση έχει γύρω στα 100 led). Το κόστος για επισκευή ήταν 70 ευρώ. Ασφαλώς και την έφτιαξα και μου έμεινε και αυτή γιατί είχα σκοπό να την πετάξω.
